PMR Co reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the offer under its campaigns without notice where jewellery donated has not yet been collected by the campaign . In the event of a dispute, PMR Co will return all collected jewellery at the expense of the collecting organisation . In addition ;

1. Donated goods should be free from all and any liens and encumbrances

2. The donor should be the legal owner of the goods, or should have permission from the owner of the goods to donate them

3. You must be 18 years or older to donate to this campaign, or have the consent of a parent or guardian to donate if you are under 18 years old.

4. PMR Co will have no liability of any kind for donated goods


5. PMR Co will have the right to refuse to accept certain goods

6. All goods submitted to PMR Co either directly or via a collection program will be subject to melt and assay procedures and will consequently be destroyed in that process

7. It will not be possible to search and retrieve goods once submitted

8. donated goods are submitted for refining and will not be resold as products

9. goods are submitted on the understanding that the intrinsic silver or gold weights of the products alone are of interest, not stone content or design

10. PMR Co will accept no responsibility or liability for donated goods until they are refined and analysed


11. The services offered by PMR Co and its associate Companies are non-exclusive

12. PMR Co will not be responsible or have any liability for goods held in collections or in transit

13. PMR Co will value collected merchandise by means of an assay report indicating fine metal content, and a prevailing market price


14. The prevailing market price used for valuation will be on day of return of refined information, pm fix

15. Intrinsic metal content will be ascertained by a designated third party bullion dealer refinery

16. Payment will be made after assay results are known

17. Prices may vary without notice

18. Items submitted will not be valued individually

19. Any gemstones, or non-metalic items will not be deemed valuable and will be
scrapped

Our site is only intended for use by people registered with us and resident in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. At our complete discretion we may accept or reject orders from people outside of these territories
